Seo Kang-joon's KRW 6 Billion New Home...Same Apartment Complex as Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin

[Financial News]  Actor Seo Kang-joon reportedly moved to Sangji Ritzville CAELUM in Samseong-dong after selling his Trimage residence in Seongsu-dong. The new home is reportedly worth KRW 6 billion, placing him in the same residential area as celebrities including the married couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin.
According to the YouTube channel 'Wonder Planet,' Seo Kang-joon left Seongsu-dong last summer and moved to Samseong-dong.
The area near Samseong Jungang Station, where Seo Kang-joon moved, is known as a neighborhood popular with celebrities and the families of conglomerate owners. Song Hye-kyo, Kim Hee-chul, the married couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin, Cho Kyu-hyun, Hyeri, and Seo Jang-hoon are also reportedly living in the area.

Behind Kyunggi High School nearby is a luxury residential complex comprising 32 red-brick detached homes. The area is also known as a neighborhood where families of conglomerate owners and celebrities have lived for extended periods.

The complex includes a home that Jun Ji-hyun reconstructed and lived in, as well as a cream-colored three-story house where Song Hye-kyo moved in after purchasing and demolishing an existing home in 2015 before building a new one in 2024.
In the past, Rain (Jung Ji-hoon), Lee Mi-yeon, and the married couple Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra lived there. The married couple Kim Seung-woo and Kim Nam-joo are reportedly still living in the complex after more than 20 years. Adele House, where Son Ye-jin lived before her marriage before selling it for KRW 4.8 billion, is located at the far end of the complex.
The Sangji Ritzville CAELUM property Seo Kang-joon recently purchased is a luxury residential building completed in 2012. It consists of a single building with 13 units in total, with one unit on each floor, making it a residence known for offering privacy.
The married couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin, who moved there from Guri Archiul Village, are reportedly living in the residence on a monthly lease. Super Junior's Kim Hee-chul (Heechul) and Seventeen's The8 are also reportedly living there after purchasing units.
Seo Kang-joon reportedly sold his Trimage residence in Seongsu-dong for KRW 5.8 billion and used an additional KRW 200 million to purchase a unit at Sangji Ritzville CAELUM for KRW 6 billion. The standard units, excluding the top floor, have four bedrooms and four bathrooms. They offer 287 square meters of exclusive floor area, or approximately 86 pyeong.
In 2017, after moving out of the home where he lived with his parents, Seo Kang-joon purchased a 185-square-meter unit, or approximately 56 pyeong, at Seoul Forest Trimage.
Two years later, he reportedly sold the original residence, added KRW 500 million, and moved to a front-row unit in the same complex with a better view of the Han River.
