[Financial News] HS Ad is advancing its services by strengthening its in-house AI transformation (AX) capabilities.
HS Ad said on the 30th that it has established an environment through its in-house AI agent platform DASH where employees can create and use AI tools tailored to their work.
The company is using AI agents to spread work experience and expertise that had remained at the individual level throughout the organization. More than 150 of the 500 AI agents created by employees are being shared at the departmental level. Of these, more than 48 have been validated for their effectiveness and potential for expansion and are being used as company-wide common agent models.
HS Ad is also enhancing AX services needed for tasks such as AI-based consumer research. Its conversational consumer research solution, Research Agent, combines the strengths of quantitative surveys and focus group interviews (FGIs) to improve research efficiency. It cuts the research period from more than four weeks to about two weeks and reduces research and analysis costs by about 70%.
Intentrix, which structures AI conversations into marketing data, also enables the company to identify potential customers' interests and demands that are difficult to detect using existing data. HS Ad has secured data across 14 categories, including home appliances, finance, beauty, and food and beverage (F&B), and is using it to develop advertising and marketing strategies, prepare competitive pitches, and carry out advertiser projects.
Park Ae-ri, CEO of HS Ad, said, "Even in the AX era, people's expertise remains the most important competitive advantage. We will expand our internally validated AX capabilities into new services and business opportunities that solve customers' marketing challenges."
