Mr. Blue Strengthens Content Supply Based on Its 'Four Kings of Murim' IP

[Financial News]  Mr. Blue, a webtoon and web novel platform, announced on the 30th that it would unveil its October lineup of new releases based on its exclusive intellectual property (IP), the 'Four Kings of Murim.' The company plans to strengthen its competitiveness in the martial-arts IP business by consistently introducing at least six new titles every month.
The new releases will be unveiled sequentially starting on the first of next month. The lineup will begin with Hwang Seong's 'Hwasan Geomjong' on the 1st, followed by Seol-Rok Ya's 'Cheonnyeon Mahwang' on the 5th, Sama Dal's 'Gwangryong' on the 8th, and Ha Seung-nam's 'Uga Jang Jubangbojo' on the 12th. Mr. Blue plans to continuously supply new titles based on its exclusive IP, boost satisfaction among its existing readership, and expand into various related businesses.
Mr. Blue exclusively owns the IP of Hwang Seong, Seol-Rok Ya, Sama Dal, and Ha Seung-nam, four of South Korea's leading martial-arts authors who are known as the 'Four Kings of Murim.' The core of its IP competitiveness lies in stable content production supported by a systematic production studio and database system. The company has established a regular publishing system, releasing at least six new titles and approximately 300 volumes' worth of new content every month. By consistently supplying new releases, it is maintaining the strong loyalty of its existing fan base in their 40s and 50s while attracting new readers in their 20s and 30s, sustaining traffic growth.
