LOTTE Engineering & Construction to Open Model Home for Gyeonggi Gwangju Station LOTTE CASTLE Signature Phase 2 in October

[Financial News] LOTTE Engineering & Construction will open the model home for Gyeonggi Gwangju Station LOTTE CASTLE Signature Phase 2, being developed in Ssangnyeong-dong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi, in October.
According to LOTTE Engineering & Construction on the 30th, the complex will comprise 10 buildings, ranging from 10 basement levels to up to 26 above-ground floors, with 1,249 units.
The units will consist of 265 units measuring 59 square meters, 843 units measuring 84 square meters, 127 units measuring 114 square meters, four 159-square-meter penthouses, and 10 duplex units ranging from 109 to 246 square meters.
The site borders Ssangnyeong Park, a roughly 510,000-square-meter park being developed under a special private-sector park development project. The park is scheduled to include the Kkumjaram Center and the Dongsim Ecological Science Museum, with Pritzker Prize winner Richard Meier participating in the center's design.
Gyeonggi Gwangju Station on the Gyeonggang Line is four stops from Pangyo Station. Once the Suseo-Gwangju Line, which is being pursued with a target opening in 2031, is completed, Gyeonggi Gwangju Station will be connected to Suseo Station by two stops. The GTX-D route and the Gyeonggi Gwangju Station area development project are also underway.
Planned services for residents include dedicated shuttle buses, lunch and dinner food-and-beverage services, an indoor golf facility, and managed study rooms operated by Greenlamp Library. Special membership rates at LOTTE Resort Ulsan will be offered for five years from the resort's opening.
