Han Ga-in, Accused of Undisclosed Advertising, Releases 616,000-Won Payment Record: "I Bought It Before Creating the Channel"

[Financial News] Actress Han Ga-in has once again denied allegations of undisclosed advertising involving a supplement she featured on her YouTube channel. She also released a payment receipt, saying she bought the product with her own money before launching the channel.
On the 29th, Han Ga-in posted on the community board of the YouTube channel "Han Ga In's Free Woman," saying, "Following up on the post I uploaded yesterday, I am releasing my purchase records from that time to provide additional details about the facts." She disclosed a payment receipt made under her real name, "Hyun-Ju Kim."
The released records showed that Han Ga-in personally purchased the product for 616,000 won in July 2024, before launching her YouTube channel. She said she bought it with her own money for personal health management.
A video recommending the supplement was released in November 2024. Han Ga-in's purchase records also showed that she bought the same product again in March 2025.
Han Ga-in added, "As shown in the attached purchase receipt, I bought this product with my own money before launching the channel, without receiving any compensation or sponsorship. Thank you for waiting while I prepared the documents. I will listen carefully to the opinions you have shared and be more cautious when creating content in the future."

The controversy began when the YouTube channel "Samang Fox TV" raised questions about the supplement's advertising methods and claims regarding its efficacy.
After it became known that Han Ga-in had featured the same product in her YouTube content, allegations arose that she had failed to properly disclose the advertising relationship.
Han Ga-in also denied the undisclosed advertising allegations the previous day. She explained, "That video was content featuring a product I personally purchased and used with my own money, without receiving any compensation or sponsorship. As I stated in advance, I want to make clear that there was no falsehood regarding whether it was an advertisement."
By subsequently releasing her actual purchase records, she reiterated her position that she had bought the product herself without receiving sponsorship or payment for advertising.
