RAON CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. to Launch Sales of 'Junghwa Station Raon Private Centro' in October

[Financial News] RAON CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. will launch sales this coming October for 'Junghwa Station Raon Private Centro,' which will become the center of a mini-new town-level residential complex in the Junghwa-dong area of Jungnang-gu, Seoul.
'Junghwa Station Raon Private Centro' is located at 303-9, Junghwa-dong, Jungnang-gu, Seoul, and will be constructed as a complex of three buildings ranging from three underground floors to a maximum of 26 floors above ground. The supply consists of 113 units for general sale out of a total of 176 apartment units with exclusive areas ranging from 45 to 126 m2, and 74 officetel units with exclusive areas ranging from 20 to 59 m2. In particular, duplex penthouses will be featured in some units on the top floors, promising a differentiated living space.
The Junghwa-dong and Sangbong-dong areas, where the complex will be built, are currently seeing active redevelopment projects such as reconstruction and Moa Town, and are expected to transform into an emerging residential hub in northeastern Seoul capable of accommodating approximately 14,000 households in the future. According to the Korea Real Estate Board (KREB), the apartment sales price index in Jungnang-gu is drawing attention as it has recorded an upward trend for one year and four months.
