Akmer Dongtan to Feature 2.5-Meter Ceiling Heights in All Units; Sales to Begin in October at a Prime Location

[Financial News] 'Akmer Dongtan,' scheduled to go on sale in October in Dongtan 1 New Town in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, will feature 2.5-meter ceiling heights in all units and high-end imported finishing materials.
According to industry sources on the 29th, Akmer Dongtan will feature 2.5-meter ceiling heights in all units, 20 cm higher than the standard 2.3-meter height in typical apartments, maximizing a sense of openness and luxury. Rather than limiting the higher ceilings to select specialty units or recessed living-room ceilings, the project applies them across all approximately 1,800 households, creating more spacious and comfortable interiors.
The complex's design was enhanced by the participation of designer Janaina Mireiro, who has collaborated with world-renowned luxury brands. The units will feature top-tier imported finishing materials, including Italian premium kitchen furniture by 'Cucine LUBE,' ceramic brands 'MIRAGE' and 'INFINITY,' solid wood flooring by 'Listone Giordano,' German high-end faucets by 'Hansgrohe,' and premium windows from LX Hausys called 'LONCHEL.'
The complex also stands out for its common-area design, which takes residents' convenience into account. Every unit will have access to a private basement storage room connected to the underground parking garage and elevators, making it convenient to store bulky seasonal items and recreational equipment. In addition to providing approximately 1.5 parking spaces per household, the complex will secure more than 1,000 extra-wide parking spaces measuring 2.6 meters across, allowing even large vehicles to park comfortably.
Meanwhile, Akmer Dongtan is a large-scale complex being developed on and around Lots 95 and 99 in Bansong-dong, Dongtan District, Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province. It will comprise seven buildings, ranging from seven basement levels to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, with a total of 1,808 households. By block, Akmer Dongtan 95 (M1-1-2 Block) will comprise three buildings with 812 households, offering exclusive-use areas of 84–188 sq. m., while Akmer Dongtan 99 (M1-2-2 Block) will comprise four buildings with 996 households, offering exclusive-use areas of 84–162 sq. m.
The model house will be located on and around Lot 986-3 in Yeoul-dong, Dongtan District, Hwaseong City, and is scheduled to open in October.
