Samsung Electro-Mechanics Signs KRW 285 Billion Supply Contract for MLCCs and Inductors [Disclosure]

[Financial News] Samsung Electro-Mechanics disclosed on the 29th that it had signed a supply contract worth KRW 285 billion for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) and inductors with a major global company.
The contract amount is equivalent to 2.5% of last year's sales of KRW 11.3145 trillion. The contract period runs from January 1 through December 31 of next year.
The identity of the contract counterparty has been withheld from disclosure until December 31 of next year due to business confidentiality. Accordingly, the counterparty and key contract terms will be disclosed on the next business day after the withholding deadline.
