【Financial News, Jeonnam-Gwangju—Reporter Hwang Tae-jong】Min Hyung-bae, Jeonnam-Gwangju Special Mayor (mayor of Gwangju Metropolitan City), reported 1,351,710,000 won in assets.
This represents a decrease of 339,270,000 won from his previous filing as a member of the National Assembly.
According to the newly registered public officials' asset declarations disclosed by the Government Public Officials Ethics Committee on the 29th, Mayor Min held 1,351,710,000 won in assets.
For buildings, he reported 1,058,490,000 won, including a row house registered in his spouse's name in Gwangsan District of Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City (Gwangju Metropolitan City) and a jeonse leasehold right to an officetel registered in his child's name in Yongsan District, Seoul.
He reported deposits totaling 616,320,000 won, including 205,690,000 won in his name and 231,930,000 won in his spouse's name; 89,410,000 won in deposits for the receipt and expenditure of political funds under the Political Funds Act; and securities totaling 642,020,000 won, including 392,820,000 won in listed stocks registered in his spouse's name.
He reported claims of 445,500,000 won and debts of 1,544,220,000 won. His debts increased by 650,000,000 won from the previous filing.
