In time for the second-half open-recruitment season, Incruit is launching 'Company Compatibility for 2026 Second-Half Open Recruitment.' Users can check their compatibility with companies of interest, with links to employment information and job postings by position at those companies.
The service also offers content addressing concerns that arise during the job-search process. The 'Tarot Card' section provides readings tailored to situations such as waiting for interview results or considering a job change, offering job seekers messages of comfort and encouragement.
In addition, the service has been reorganized into four sections: Today's Fortune, Career Saju, Traditional Saju and Themed Fortune. 'Career DNA' allows users to explore their innate strengths and suitable positions, as well as job recommendations. After logging in, users can also check personalized daily fortunes based on their saved Saju information.
