"How can you say there's no problem when I appeared on screen?" Restaurant YouTube filming sparks controversy [What do you think?]

[Financial News]  A diner who was eating at a restaurant with their child said they suffered harm after their face and the child's face were clearly exposed on a YouTuber's livestream at a nearby table.
Recently, a post titled "A YouTuber is filming next to me while I'm eating" was uploaded to an online community.
Person A discovered that a YouTuber was livestreaming from the adjacent table while dining with their child at a Korean barbecue restaurant. After checking the broadcast, Person A claimed that both they and their child were clearly visible on screen.
Person A immediately raised the issue with the restaurant manager. However, the manager reportedly responded that "they were filming in a direction where you couldn't be seen" and that there was no problem. Only after Person A protested again, saying they had confirmed that they were visible on the actual broadcast, did the YouTuber's side reportedly apologize.
Person A was worried that the footage, which had already been made public through the livestream, could be saved or spread to other online platforms. They said, "Why should I have to be sacrificed for their way of making money?" and added, "I went there to eat beef, but I feel like I got indigestion."
When Person A later contacted the restaurant again and demanded an explanation, the restaurant reportedly replied, "They said they were filming only themselves" and "We don't know who they are," adding, "We won't accept customers like that again."
