Gaheon Sindoh Foundation Donates Cumulative KRW 110 Million in Scholarships to Konkuk University

[Financial News] The Gaheon Sindoh Foundation has donated a cumulative KRW 110 million in scholarships to support Konkuk University students' studies and improve the university's educational environment.
According to Konkuk University on the 28th, the Gaheon Sindoh Foundation has provided scholarships for Konkuk University students since 2009. In addition to its scholarship program, the foundation donated equipment needed for education and research in 2024 and 2025, helping improve the university's educational environment.
Konkuk University President Won Jong-pil said, "I sincerely thank the Gaheon Sindoh Foundation for continuing its warm-hearted support for the growth of Konkuk University students and the advancement of education over many years." He added, "We will do our utmost to support students so that these valuable scholarships can provide them with a strong foundation to focus on their studies and pursue their ambitions for the future."
Kenny Choi, secretary-general of the Gaheon Sindoh Foundation, stated, "I hope this support will help students who will lead the future focus on their studies without financial difficulties and pursue their dreams." He added, "We will continue sharing our resources to support education and nurture talented individuals."
Meanwhile, the Gaheon Sindoh Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 1973 by the late Chairman Gaheon Woo Sang-gi, founder of Sindoh, a Korean office equipment company. Through various social contribution activities, including scholarships, academic research support, and support for scientific and technological advancement, the foundation had awarded scholarships to approximately 5,000 students by 2025.
