【Hanoi, Vietnam—Correspondent Kim Jun-seok】Orion Vietnam ranked first in Vietnam Report's '2026 Top 10 Trusted Food Companies' list. It marked the company's second consecutive year at No. 1.
According to local media reports on the 28th, Orion Vietnam said it was named No. 1 in the confectionery and nutritional foods category in Vietnam Report's 2026 evaluation of the top 10 trusted food companies on the 23rd.
Vietnam Report's ranking of the top 10 trusted food companies is based on three key indicators: financial strength, media reputation, and surveys of consumers and stakeholders. It reflects not only company size but also management efficiency, product innovation capabilities, brand awareness and reputation, and consumer satisfaction.
Orion Vietnam has maintained solid growth in recent years by expanding production capacity and diversifying its product portfolio. Revenue rose from approximately VND 7.4 trillion, or about 387 billion won, in 2021 to VND 9 trillion, or about 470.7 billion won, in 2023. In 2025, revenue reached approximately VND 10.137 trillion, or about 530.2 billion won, up 4.6% from the previous year.
Orion currently operates 32 production lines at two plants in Binh Duong and Bac Ninh, producing approximately 84,000 tons of products annually. In 2026, the company further expanded its production capabilities by establishing a logistics warehouse, a packaging-film plant with an annual capacity of 100 million meters, and a new Yen Phong 2 plant equipped with more than eight confectionery production lines. It is also investing in a logistics warehouse in Da Nang with capacity for approximately 3,100 pallets.
After more than 30 years in Vietnam, Orion is regarded as having successfully established a localized system that encompasses local production, R&D, and supply chains, moving beyond a simple import-and-distribution model. In addition to flagship products such as Choco Pie, Custard, O'Star, and Swing Chip, the company has continued expanding its lineup with An rice crackers, C'est Bon, Goraebap, and My Gummy to meet the needs of diverse consumer groups.
Orion Vietnam has also consistently pursued long-term corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in agriculture, education, the environment, and community support. Launched in 2016, the 'Hometown Potato' project has helped establish a local supply chain for potato-snack ingredients by providing local potato farmers with seeds, technical support, and agricultural machinery while purchasing their entire harvest. In 2026, the company completed the construction of more than 19 sanitary toilets at major schools across Vietnam and continued its environmental initiatives, including reducing packaging materials and planting trees.
