[Financial News] Korean cuisine specialty brand Deulbanchanban will officially open its ninth branch, the Cheonho Station branch, near Cheonho Station in Gangdong District, Seoul, on the 29th.
According to Deulbanchanban on the 28th, the Cheonho Station branch occupies 552 square meters on the basement level and has 250 seats. It features separate private rooms and an open, spacious main hall, making it suitable for various gatherings, from small family events to corporate functions, seminars and commemorative ceremonies.
Atmospheric design elements are placed throughout the venue, while warm indirect lighting and an indoor garden allow guests to enjoy not only their meals but also the space itself.
Deulbanchanban's core competitive edge lies in offering the taste and refinement of traditional Korean cuisine while easing the financial burden on customers. It offers a variety of full-course set meals priced from 16,900 won for adults to the 30,000-won range, making traditional Korean set meals more accessible.
Signature dishes include the Hwanggeum Eojang Modum Gui Hansangchaban, an assorted grilled seafood set featuring a variety of seasonal seafood, as well as Yeonpyeongdo Kkotgejang and Ttuppul Hanwoo Bulgogi Hansangchaban. On weekday lunchtimes, the restaurant also offers special menus such as grilled fish set meals and stir-fried webfoot octopus set meals.
The Cheonho Station branch will also serve as a venue for important family gatherings, including birthday meals for older family members, first-birthday celebrations, 100-day celebrations and formal meetings between families before a marriage.
Deulbanchanban operates venue rental services for various purposes, including corporate events, seminars, filming, exhibitions and small performances. Earlier this month, it hosted a private event for a global luxury brand at its Seoul Sinsa branch, demonstrating the venue's potential beyond dining as an event space.
Deulbanchanban plans to expand its brand beyond food-centered dining venues by incorporating various types of content, including exhibitions, performances and experiential events, and developing into a complex cultural venue.
Deulbanchanban has expanded its presence across major areas of the Seoul metropolitan region since opening its Incheon Mansu branch in 2023. It has since opened branches in Ansan-si Seonbu, Sindongtan Banwol, Incheon Songdo, Seoul Sinsa, Hanam-si Misa and Incheon Samsan. The company aims to open its 10th branch by the end of the year.
