OCA President Al Thani Visits Korea House and Encourages Korean Delegation [Nagoya Asian Games]

[Financial News] Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, president of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), visited Korea House at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, experienced Korean culture and encouraged the Korean delegation.
According to the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee (KSOC) on the 25th, Al Thani visited Korea House in Nagoya, Japan, the previous day. At the venue, which KSOC is operating during the Games, he toured major booths with President Ryu Seung-min and took part in exhibition and hands-on programs showcasing Korean sports, culture and tourism.
He then met delegation officials at the Team Korea Friends & Family Lounge, encouraged the athletes and wished them success in the competition and a successful conclusion to the Games.
KSOC said, "OCA President Al Thani conveyed during his visit his hope that Korea would become a strong partner in expanding the Olympic movement across Asia."
