'Heunhan Nammae 23' Tops the List; 'Money Trend 2027' Enters at No. 3 [Weekly Bestsellers]

According to Kyobo Book Centre on the 24th, 'Heunhan Nammae 23' by MiraeN Iseum ranked No. 1 on the overall bestsellers list for the third week of September. Kyobo Book Centre analyzed that the book's popularity was supported by its broad base of young fans. The children's mystery comic 'Mellow TV: Team Nappa Mystery Detective Squad 1' by Junior Kim Young Sa also made a new entry at No. 9.
'Seneca: Life Is Not Short' by Nonfiction, which ranked No. 1 last week, fell one spot to No. 2. 'Nietzsche's Übermensch' by Hieut fell two spots to No. 8, maintaining the popularity of philosophy and humanities books.
Korean and international novels also held their positions near the top. 'The Korean History Anomaly Research Institute' by Dive, 'Siddhartha' by Minumsa and 'Aquarium' by Poster Shop ranked fourth through sixth, respectively.
'Money Trend 2027' by Tae-ik Jung and seven others, published by Book Moment, entered the list at No. 3 immediately after publication. Men accounted for 58.3% of buyers and women for 41.7%. By gender and age group, men in their 30s represented the largest share at 20.6%. Buyers in their 30s accounted for 34.9% overall. Kim Gwang-seok's 'The Reverse Flow of Money: 2027 Economic Outlook,' published by Eden House, also made a new entry at No. 15.
Song Gil-Young's 'Era Forecast: The Time of Sugo Humanity,' published by Kyobo Book Centre, made a new entry at No. 7. Buyers in their 40s accounted for the largest share at 38.6%, with men and women in their 40s each representing 19.3% of all buyers. Four books entered the top 10 for the first time this week: two children's books and two economics and business titles.
