KTis Decides to Retire 3.39 Million Treasury Shares, Equivalent to 9.76% of Issued Shares [Regulatory Filing]

[Financial News] KTis disclosed on the 23rd that it had decided to retire 3,397,048 treasury shares it holds.
The shares subject to retirement represent 9.76% of the total 34,802,000 issued shares. The planned retirement amount is KRW 9.92804 billion based on book value.
The retirement is scheduled for the 30th of next month. Although the total number of issued shares will decrease as a result, the company's capital will remain unchanged.
As of 11 a.m. that day, KTis was trading at 2,665 won, up 215 won (8.78%) from the previous trading session.
