KOLON BENIT Launches Full-Scale Expansion of the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform

[Financial News] KOLON BENIT, Kolon Group's AI transformation (AX) specialist company, said on the 23rd that it is moving to expand its Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP) business in earnest and building a technical capability framework for partner companies to support the effort.
KOLON BENIT held "Container & Kubernetes Foundation" training for partner engineers in Seoul's Gangnam district on the 15th. An outside expert instructor was invited to cover the fundamentals of container technology and Kubernetes operating structures. The training focused on building the foundational capabilities partners need to explain and propose the technology directly to customers considering NKP adoption.
The training was part of an NKP capability-building program that has been operated in stages since early this year. From February through July, KOLON BENIT provided NKP proof-of-concept (PoC) training for managed partner engineers. In September, it completed NKP installation training for partner engineers. By adding basic container and Kubernetes training, the company established a three-stage framework covering technical validation, deployment, and foundational knowledge.
The expansion of the training program comes amid a market shift toward operating container-based applications. NKP is a platform that simplifies the management of modern container-based applications through Kubernetes container orchestration. Based on a Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF)-compatible cloud-native stack, it supports consistent management of Kubernetes clusters across on-premises, hybrid-cloud, and multicloud environments. Nutanix unveiled NKP 2.19 last August, adding NKP Metal for bare-metal environments, NKP Full Stack for virtualized environments, and an AI application catalog. It presented an architecture that enables AI workloads to run across both virtual machine and container environments.
As Nutanix's domestic distributor, KOLON BENIT plans to go beyond infrastructure supply and strengthen a framework that works with partners to identify customers' container migration needs and support deployment and operations. Going forward, it will gradually expand hands-on advanced NKP courses and technical validation support for customers.
