PNr.365 allows users to manage their family's health with the help of a dedicated pharmacist and AI analysis.

[Financial News] Even when taking several supplements, it is not easy to check whether their ingredients overlap with prescription medications. A personalized healthcare service that combines AI with pharmacists' expertise has emerged to address these concerns.
Logsync launched the commercial service for PNr.365 on the 22nd. The medication-aware healthcare solution integrates and analyzes individuals' health conditions and medication and supplement information to support personalized consultations with pharmacists, management of health functional food intake, and customized dose-packaging design.
PNr.365 uses about 22,000 medications assigned health insurance EDI codes, about 40,000 supplements, and more than 45,000 evidence-based data points related to drug-nutrient interactions. It standardizes medication product names at the level of their actual active ingredients, identifies individual ingredients contained in combination drugs, and provides structured information on co-use with nutritional ingredients, duplicate ingredients, daily intake amounts, and items requiring further review.
PNr.365 is the first commercial service in South Korea to apply an algorithm that analyzes evidence on interactions between medications and nutritional ingredients across all medications assigned EDI codes in the country.
Last April, through joint research with researchers from Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH) and CHA Bundang Medical Center, Logsync focused on micronutrient deficiencies and bottlenecks in energy metabolism that may occur during the use of incretin-based obesity treatments, including Mounjaro, a GLP-1/GIP dual agonist. The company proposed a way to manage metabolic balance through supplementation with needed micronutrients, and the resulting paper was published in the internationally renowned academic journal Current Obesity Reports, earning recognition for its expertise.
Lee Soo-il, CEO of Logsync, said, "PNr.365 analyzes even the actual active ingredients represented by combination drugs and medication product names, enabling users to systematically review precautions for taking them alongside supplements they are already using, duplicate ingredients, and the possibility of excessive intake."
He emphasized, "PNr.365 is not a service in which generative AI directly provides consumers with arbitrary answers or product recommendations. It minimizes the possibility of errors caused by AI-only decisions through an 'Expert-in-the-Loop' approach, in which AI structures relevant information and evidence, pharmacists verify the analysis results, and the pharmacists then make the final decisions on whether to include or exclude health functional foods, intake amounts and timing, and each individual's customized dose-packaging configuration."
For the commercial launch, Logsync signed a memorandum of understanding with The Korean Pharmaceutical Association in 2023 to develop a counseling and management program for health functional foods. Since early this year, it has also been successfully conducting a PNr.365 pilot project with the Nowon-gu Pharmaceutical Association and about 50 pharmacies affiliated with Pharmmaker.
According to the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS), as of June 2025, about 1.717 million patients with chronic diseases had been taking 10 or more medications for at least 60 days. This has highlighted the growing importance of managing supplement use with medications in mind. Industry observers expect the service to provide an alternative for protecting consumer safety in a supplement market crowded with information misuse and excessive commercialism.
Lee said, "Public health authorities have recently also been strengthening guidelines on the safe combined use of medications and supplements and the prevention of misuse of health functional foods. With the launch of the commercial PNr.365 service as a starting point, we plan to expand the distribution of the solution to pharmacies and pharmacists nationwide, as well as businesses that sell customized health functional foods."
