[Financial News] Major reconstruction complexes in Nowon District, Seoul, are successively receiving approval for committees promoting the establishment of residents' associations. The district plans to strengthen administrative support so that follow-up procedures, including association establishment, can proceed swiftly after the committees are approved.
According to Nowon District on the 22nd, the district approved the formation of the committee promoting the establishment of the reconstruction association for Junggye Jugong 4 Complex on the 17th and officially announced the approval.
Junggye Jugong 4 Complex covers 30,395.1 square meters in the area around 358-2 Junggye-dong. Of the 690 land and property rights holders, 494 consented, resulting in a consent rate of 71.59%.
The district has carried out procedures to form promotion committees for five complexes over the past three months. In September alone, approvals were officially announced for Hagye Miseong on the 3rd, Sanggye Jugong 7 Complex on the 10th, and Junggye Jugong 4 Complex on the 17th. Sanggye Madeul Daelim is also scheduled to receive an official announcement on the 23rd. In effect, the approval process has continued at a rate of nearly one complex per week.
The district operates the Reconstruction Fast-Track Task Force to support subsequent procedures, including the establishment of associations, after promotion committees are approved. It supports shorter project timelines through assistance with permits and approvals, regulatory improvements, and parallel administrative procedures.
The district has also established the Smart Vision System to manage the progress of maintenance projects in real time. Starting in October, residents will be able to check the progress of each project through the district website's "Nowon Reconstruction and Redevelopment NOW ON" service.
Seo Joon-oh, mayor of Nowon District, said, "As residents are joining forces to pursue these projects, the district will swiftly support subsequent procedures through the Reconstruction Fast-Track Task Force," adding, "We will also actively improve systems and regulations that hinder the projects."
