Eight Complexes Nationwide to Accept Applications for 3,641 Housing Units in the Final Week of September

[Financial News] Housing developments in major planned residential districts and urban development zones—including the main subscription for Incheon Gyeyang Third New Town, Gwangmyeong in Gyeonggi Province, and Busan Eco Delta City—are entering their full-scale application schedules. With consecutive public holidays, including the holiday period, National Foundation Day and Hangeul Day, complexes opening model homes are expected to take a temporary pause.
According to Boondongsan114 on Sept. 22, eight complexes nationwide will begin accepting applications for a total of 3,641 units in the final week of September, including 1,927 units offered to the general public. Major developments include 'Jinju Panmun District Lake Summit Welga' in Panmun-dong, Jinju City, South Gyeongsang Province; 'Gwangmyeong City Pradium Eduheim' in Soha-dong, Gwangmyeong City; and 'Eco Delta City Geumgang Pentarium Eco River' in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan. No complexes are scheduled to newly open model homes this week, so the housing sales market is expected to regain momentum after the holidays.
First, 'Jinju Panmun District Lake Summit Welga' in Panmun-dong, Jinju City, will comprise three basement levels, up to 27 aboveground floors, six buildings, exclusive-use areas of 78–182 square meters, and a total of 690 units. Its proximity to Seojinju IC on the Tongyeong–Daejeon Expressway makes travel to downtown Jinju and neighboring areas convenient. Pyeonggeo Elementary School, Gyeonghae Girls’ Middle and High School, and the academy district in Pyeonggeo-dong are nearby, providing strong educational conditions. The complex also offers abundant natural surroundings, including Jinyangho Park, Panmuncheon Waterfront Park and the Nam River, along with living infrastructure such as Pyeonggeo Market.
'Gwangmyeong City Pradium Eduheim,' being supplied in Gureumsan District, Gwangmyeong City, will comprise two basement levels, up to 22 aboveground floors, six buildings, exclusive-use areas of 59 and 84 square meters, and a total of 426 units. Residents will have access to the rich infrastructure around Gwangmyeong Station, including IKEA, Costco and Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital. The complex also offers convenient access to Line 1, the KTX and multiple expressways. Seomyeon Elementary School and Anseo Middle School are located directly in front of the complex, which is expected to become a flagship branded development in Gureumsan District.
'Eco Delta City Geumgang Pentarium Eco River,' located in Joint Block 6 of Busan Eco Delta City, will be offered for sale with two basement levels, up to 18 aboveground floors, six buildings, exclusive-use areas of 59 square meters, and a total of 358 units. Gimhae International Airport is nearby, while transportation expansion projects for the Gangseo Line tram and the Bujeon–Masan double-track railway are under way. The complex offers a pleasant environment due to its proximity to West Nakdong River Waterfront Park, as well as excellent live-work proximity encompassing nearby industrial complexes and Myeongji International Business City.
