SBA-KPC to Boost Women's AI Skills... Recruiting Participants for Free 'Digital Competency' Training

[Financial News] The Seoul Business Agency (SBA) and the Korea Productivity Center (KPC) are recruiting participants for the 'Second-Half 2026 Digital Competency (AI) Training Program' to strengthen the digital skills and job competitiveness of women workers in Seoul.
According to KPC on the 22nd, the program was designed to support practical skills that participants can apply to their actual work to improve job productivity, going beyond simply understanding generative artificial intelligence (AI).
The program consists of eight courses: four organized by skill level and four tailored to specific job functions, taking into account participants' levels of AI proficiency and job characteristics. A total of 120 participants will be recruited, with 15 assigned to each course. Each course will run for three days and focus on hands-on training.
The skill-level courses are designed to progressively build participants' capabilities, starting with basic AI concepts, planning and data analysis, and continuing through image and video content creation, vibe coding, work automation, and projects that use AI to solve real workplace problems.
The job-specific courses focus on key functions for women workers, including accounting and finance, design, marketing, and human resources. They cover immediately applicable topics such as improving the efficiency of accounting and settlement tasks with AI, practical design work using Canva and Figma, AI-based digital marketing and service planning, and automating HR document tasks related to recruitment, onboarding and evaluations.
The training will be held at KPC's lecture facilities from October 6 to December 19, according to the schedule for each course. Tuition is fully covered, and meals will be provided during the training period. To support participants' continued use of and learning about AI, they will also receive one-month subscriptions to AI services such as ChatGPT and three-month subscriptions to the latest AI education e-learning platform, Korea Productivity Center's PickClass.
An SBA official said, "We hope this training will help women workers in Seoul effectively integrate AI into their work and jobs and respond proactively to the changing employment environment."
