[Financial News] The Ministry of Justice appointed Lee Jung-hyun, chief prosecutor of the Suwon High Prosecutors' Office, as the new Deputy Prosecutor General at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea (SPO).

The Ministry of Justice said on the 22nd that it had transferred Lee to the post of Deputy Prosecutor General at the SPO, effective the following day.

The Ministry of Justice explained, "This is to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of the deputy prosecutor general and ensure smooth preparations for the launch of the Public Prosecution Office."
