KIWOOM Securities Signs MOU with Naver Pay Unlisted to Introduce Cross-Trading System for Unlisted Stocks

[Financial News] KIWOOM Securities announced on the 22nd that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Naver Pay Unlisted to introduce a cross-trading system for unlisted stocks.
Naver Pay Unlisted currently allows only buyers and sellers with accounts at the same securities firm to trade with each other.
With the introduction of the cross-trading system under the agreement, KIWOOM Securities customers will be able to trade freely on Naver Pay Unlisted using their existing accounts without opening separate accounts.
Youngmin Lee, CEO of Naver Pay Unlisted, said, "Based on KIWOOM Securities' expertise and capabilities, we will expand cooperation to institutionalize and revitalize the OTC market for unlisted stocks.
