From AI to Robots, Baedal Minjok's Technologies Take Center Stage at Woowacon Next Month

[Financial News] Baedal Minjok will showcase technologies and operational expertise applied to its services, ranging from artificial intelligence (AI) and data to autonomous delivery robots.
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, announced on the 22nd that it will hold 'Woowa Tech Conference 2026 (Woowacon)' on October 28 at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Marking its seventh edition this year, Woowacon is an event where Baedal Minjok shares its technological achievements and insights while presenting its vision for future technologies. This year's theme is 'Technology for Creating a City That Never Stops.'
The event will feature 40 sessions led by practitioners from various fields, including AI and machine learning (ML), backend and frontend development, mobile applications, data, organizational culture, and robotics. It will present examples of AI technologies used across Baedal Minjok's business areas, including data analysis and security. One session will also introduce the technologies and operational expertise behind autonomous delivery robots currently deployed in real-world delivery operations.
This year, the event has expanded its scope beyond technological achievements to cover the organization's ways of working and employee growth. Alongside the technologies supporting Baedal Minjok's services, the company plans to introduce the organizations and culture responsible for developing and operating them. As it did last year, the event will also offer mentoring sessions where participants can communicate directly with Baedal Minjok employees.
Applications for in-person attendance will be accepted through October 13 on the official Woowacon website. Participants will be selected by lottery, and the results will be sent to the email address provided during registration. After the event, all sessions will be made available through the official Woowacon website and the Woowa Tech YouTube channel.
