Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water) Donates KRW 5 Million to Young Adults Preparing for Independent Living

[Financial News] K-water's Audit Office donated KRW 5 million ahead of Chuseok to help young adults preparing for independent living achieve greater stability.
K-water's Audit Office said on the 21st that it had visited the Daejeon Self-Reliance Support Agency that day and delivered the donation. The funds will be used to purchase daily necessities and convenience meals for young adults living alone who are preparing for independent living, particularly those in greater need of support.
The Daejeon Self-Reliance Support Agency provides comprehensive self-reliance services to help young people whose protection at child welfare facilities and other institutions has ended settle into society and become independent.
Hong Jung-min, K-water's standing auditor, said, "For young people taking their first steps into society after their protection has ended, the holiday season can be an even lonelier and more difficult time. We will continue to provide support by their side so that they can establish themselves as healthy members of society."
