BNK Securities Expands IP-Based Fractional Investment and Token Securities Businesses

[Financial News] BNK Securities announced on the 21st that it signed a three-party business agreement on the 16th with token securities platform company Buysell Standards and intellectual property (IP) specialist Intellectual Discovery to expand IP-based fractional investment and token securities businesses and monetize IP.
The agreement was established to combine the companies' expertise in using IP as a new investment asset and build a collaborative framework covering the entire process, from identifying promising IP and reviewing rights to structuring financial products, developing investment products, and generating returns.
Under the agreement, BNK Securities will draw on its expertise in corporate finance to collaborate on financial product structuring, issuance arrangements, and distribution. Buysell Standards will provide investment product planning and tokenization technology, as well as its expertise in operating the fractional investment platform PIECE. Intellectual Discovery will be responsible for identifying promising IP, reviewing rights, and monetizing IP through licensing.
The three companies plan to closely review IP rights relationships, revenue structures, and business feasibility. They will also develop investment structures suited to the characteristics of each underlying asset and formulate specific implementation plans for each business.
Through this agreement, BNK Securities plans to expand the underlying assets for its fractional investment and token securities businesses to include IP and identify new business opportunities.
