[Financial News] The Real Estate Studies Interdisciplinary Program at Sogang University Graduate School announced on the 21st that it is recruiting new master's and doctoral students for the spring 2027 intake.
The Real Estate Studies Interdisciplinary Program at Sogang University Graduate School is an interdisciplinary educational program that examines real estate from various perspectives, including economics, law and urban spaces. It focuses on developing students' ability to analyze changes in real estate markets and policies, as well as urban spaces, by integrating theories from related fields such as finance, law and urban planning.
The curriculum is also broadly structured to reflect changes in the real estate industry. In addition to traditional areas such as real estate development, urban regeneration and project financing (PF), the program examines the impact of digital technologies—including PropTech, digital twins and big data analytics—on real estate markets and the industry.
The program is taught not only by theoretical experts in real estate studies and related fields but also by professors with practical industry experience. Through collaboration with related academic disciplines, it connects theory with practice and provides opportunities to learn about major issues and research trends in the real estate market through international academic conferences and seminars featuring invited experts.
