Hoban Group to Recruit Entry-Level Employees in the Hundreds Across Major Affiliates

[Financial News] Hoban Group is launching an open recruitment drive for entry-level employees in the hundreds across major affiliates in the construction, manufacturing, distribution and leisure sectors.
According to Hoban Group on the 21st, the available positions include housing business, construction and open innovation roles at construction affiliates Hoban Construction, Hoban Industries and Hoban TBM; production, engineering, sales and research and development (R&D) positions at Taihan Cable & Solution; management support and service roles at leisure affiliates Hoban Hotel & Resort and Hoban Golf; marketing at Hoban Property; and sales at DAEAH Vegetable & Fruit Distribution.
Hoban Group is operating tailored recruitment tracks, including the “Group Talent track,” “Global Talent track” and “Junior Pro track,” to identify talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and capabilities. The Group Talent track selects and develops management talent at the group level to lead Hoban Group's future growth.
The Global Talent track is designed for international students to secure outstanding talent needed to expand overseas business and strengthen global competitiveness, while the Junior Pro track selects junior-level professionals with one to five years of experience. Earlier, on the 11th, Hoban Group held a headquarters recruitment briefing centered on a talk show for prospective applicants at its headquarters in Seocho District, Seoul.
The selection process focuses on assessing depth of thought and problem-solving skills that artificial intelligence (AI) cannot replace. Applicants' interest in and experience exploring their desired roles will be reviewed, while the newly introduced “AI Open Interview” will assess how they define problems independently and solve them logically.
Applications will be accepted from the 24th through October 11 on the Hoban Group recruitment website. New employees are scheduled to join in January 2027. A Hoban Group official said, "We look forward to receiving many applications from people who take the initiative to solve complex problems, explore issues in depth and continue learning while achieving results together as one team."
