With TGS closing early due to a typhoon, NCsoft to hold online screening for 'ASORA'

[Financial News] NCsoft's new-generation fantasy magic role-playing game (RPG) Astrae Oratio (ASORA) is moving an on-site program online after Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2026 closed earlier than scheduled due to a typhoon.
NCsoft announced on the 21st that it would hold an online scenario screening for ASORA. TGS 2026, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, was originally scheduled to run for five days from the 17th through the 21st. However, booth operations were suspended on the 21st because of the typhoon, prompting the event to close early on the 20th.
NCsoft said it urgently expanded the on-site demo area on the final operating day, the 20th, to give more users a chance to try ASORA. The original booth could accommodate 42 people at once, but the company converted even employee workspaces into demo areas, increasing the capacity to 46 people simultaneously.
The scenario screening scheduled to take place on-site on the 21st has been moved online. Users can watch it on ASORA's official Japanese YouTube channel.
The online screening will be held three times that day, at noon, 2 p.m., and 4 p.m., with each session lasting 50 minutes. Subtitles will be available in Korean, Japanese, English, and Traditional Chinese.
