Choi Dong-yeol and Cho Sung-jae Advance to Men's Breaststroke Final, Target Medals [Nagoya AG]

Choi Dong-yeol secured a place in the final with a time of 59.53 seconds in Heat 3 of the men's 100-meter breaststroke preliminaries at the Asian Games swimming competition held at the Tokyo Aquatics Center in Japan on the 21st. He finished second behind Japan's Shin Ohashi.
Choi Dong-yeol previously won a bronze medal in the same event at the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games.
Cho Sung-jae, who also competed in the preliminaries that day and raced in Heat 4, advanced to the final with a time of 1:00.79, placing 10th.
