Hyundai Engineering's 'Hillstate Seongnam Metroble' to Go on Sale in October... Directly Adjacent to Seoul Subway Line 8

[Financial News] Hyundai Engineering plans to offer Hillstate Seongnam Metroble for sale in October. The development is being built in the station area of Dandaeogeori Station on Seoul Subway Line 8.
The development, located at 180 Dandae-dong and nearby areas in Sujeong District, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do—the former Seongnam KT site—will consist of residential officetel units and neighborhood commercial facilities. It will comprise two buildings with six basement levels and up to 34 floors above ground, offering a total of 189 units with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 95 square meters. By unit size, the project includes one 74-square-meter A unit, 134 84-square-meter A units, 27 84-square-meter B units and 27 95-square-meter units, focusing on mid-sized homes favored by end users.
The development directly borders the planned site of Seongnam Legal Town, making it likely to benefit directly from the project. A legal town is being developed on the former site of Seongnam Industrial Complex 1 in nearby Sinheung-dong, Sujeong District, with plans to relocate Suwon District Court Seongnam Branch and Suwon District Prosecutors' Office Seongnam Branch there. Once a large business district housing concentrated legal and administrative institutions is completed alongside the nearby Seongnam Tax Office, the project is expected to secure solid demand from legal-sector workers seeking homes close to their workplaces.
Excellent transportation and abundant infrastructure are additional strengths. Exit 7 of Dandaeogeori Station on Seoul Subway Line 8 is located directly in front of the development, allowing residents to travel to Jamsil Station without transfers and providing convenient access to major areas of the Seoul metropolitan region, including Gangnam and Pangyo.
