BNK Financial Group to Recruit New Employees for Busan Bank and BNK Kyongnam Bank

[Financial News] BNK Financial Group said on the 21st that it will conduct second-half open recruitment for new employees at Busan Bank and BNK Kyongnam Bank.
The recruitment will be conducted through a blind process, with no restrictions on educational background, age, major, gender, or other factors.
Applicants eligible for employment support and registered persons with disabilities will receive preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws. To expand the recruitment of local talent, regional selection tracks will also be operated for each job category for graduates of high schools or universities in the Busan–Ulsan–Gyeongnam region.
This year, the group will recruit new employees under an "integrated job category" to respond to the rapidly changing financial environment and the digital transformation of banking.
The integrated job category refers to talent who possess customer service and sales capabilities as well as digital skills, including data and artificial intelligence, enabling them to perform a wide range of duties in both branches and headquarters.
The recruitment processes at the two banks will proceed in the following order: document screening, a written examination, a comprehensive interview, and a final interview. Applications will open today, and the final successful candidates are expected to be announced around mid-November.
