Baemin to Participate in the Social Value Festa and Promote the Baemin Lunchbox

[Financial News] Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok (Baemin), is participating in the 3rd Social Value Festa 2026 to highlight the achievements and expansion of its Baemin Lunchbox program.
According to industry sources on the 21st, the Social Value Festa, hosted by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), is Korea's largest public-private cooperation event, bringing together the government, businesses, civil society and academia to address social issues such as the climate crisis, regional depopulation, future generations and the digital divide. The event is being held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, through the 22nd, with about 300 exhibition and market booths and more than 40 sessions.
At this year's event, Baemin is presenting a booth called "Baemin's Lunchbox Story," focused on its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program supporting people in food-access gaps. Designed around "The Delivery Journey," a concept inspired by the Baemin app, the booth introduces the program's development from the launch of the Baemin Lunchbox to its current status and collaboration experiences by comparing each stage to the delivery process: order confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery and delivered.
At the DIY lunchbox experience area, visitors can place magnets shaped like children, schools and mint-colored trucks into a lunchbox at a cooking-counter-style station. They can then receive their completed lunchboxes at the pickup zone.
Since 2020, Baemin has operated the "Baemin Vacation Lunchbox" program for children at risk of missing meals, delivering about 190,000 meals to a cumulative 7,984 children as of last month. In October, it also plans to run a campaign supporting households in crisis together with the Korea National Council on Social Welfare and KOREA Foodbank.
