[Financial News] Fasoo AI unveiled an AI security strategy to prevent corporate secrets and personal information from being leaked during the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI). The strategy focuses on detecting and blocking the leakage of sensitive information through AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini in real time.
Fasoo AI said on the 21st that it participated in Cyber Summit Korea (CSK) 2026, held at COEX on the 17th by the National Intelligence Service (NIS) and the National Security Research Institute, where it showcased its AI security platform and data security strategies.
CSK is a global cybersecurity event organized to promote a joint response by the international community to cyber threats. This year's event was held from the 16th to the 18th under the theme "A Connected World, Security Together."
At its booth, Fasoo AI presented real-world cases of information leaks that can occur during the use of generative AI, along with measures to address them. It placed AI Data Loss Prevention (AI DLP), which detects and blocks personal information and organization-specific sensitive data in real time, at the center of its presentation.
AI DLP is a solution that detects corporate secrets and personal information entered into the prompts of generative AI services such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini and prevents them from being leaked externally. Using AI-based natural language processing (NLP) and deep-learning technologies, it understands context and detects a wide range of information, including not only personal data but also confidential product and technology information. It also supports data detection based on security classifications (CSO) under the National Network Security Framework (N2SF) policy for public institutions.
Fasoo AI also introduced a multilayered security strategy for global security experts that blocks information leaks throughout the data lifecycle for AI use. The company explained that new avenues for information leaks are emerging as AI adoption expands, with employees entering important data into generative AI services through methods such as copying and pasting or taking screenshots.
Accordingly, it emphasized the need for controls throughout the entire AI-use process, including data encryption; controls on copying, pasting and screen captures; the insertion of screen and display watermarks; and the consistent application of security policies to derivative files.
Son Jong-gon, an executive director at Fasoo AI, explained, "We support customers in strengthening their AI security capabilities by making visible the diverse ways AI is used across various environments within organizations and by providing a multilayered security strategy and expanded security controls."
