As of 9:16 a.m. on the 21st, Neosapience was trading at 28,800 won, up 18,800 won, or 188.00%, from its offering price of 10,000 won.
The stock began trading at 25,250 won, 152.5% above its offering price, before climbing as high as 30,700 won during the session. Based on the intraday high, it was up 207% from the offering price. The intraday low was 25,000 won.
Neosapience recorded a subscription ratio of 219.6 to 1 in the institutional investor demand forecast conducted from the 2nd to the 8th. Its final offering price was set at 10,000 won, below the indicative range of 13,800 to 15,800 won.
The public offering subscription for retail investors, held from the 10th to the 11th, recorded a subscription ratio of 1,047.78 to 1. Approximately 2.6 trillion won was collected in subscription deposits. The total offering comprised 2 million shares and raised 20 billion won. Daishin Securities served as the lead manager for the listing.
Founded in 2017, Neosapience operates Typecast, an AI voice and video production platform that uses generative AI and speech synthesis technology. The company has technology that analyzes context from input text and generates speech with emotion and intonation.
Typecast has secured 3.2 million cumulative subscribers in 226 countries worldwide, based on more than 720 AI voice intellectual property assets. The company plans to connect the customer base built through Typecast to Neona, a real-time conversational AI service, while expanding its business-to-business (B2B) and overseas operations.
