[Financial News] Audi has expanded its customer base after reaching 300,000 cumulative vehicle registrations in South Korea. It is the third imported-car brand in the country to reach this milestone. Audi Korea plans to strengthen its relationship with existing customers through an appreciation program using its nationwide official dealer network, as well as opportunities to experience its vehicles and services.
Audi Korea announced on the 21st that cumulative vehicle registrations in South Korea had reached 300,000 since the launch of its official local entity. To mark the milestone, it will conduct the 'thAnk Q' customer appreciation program through its nationwide official dealer network.
The program focuses on providing Audi customers with benefits and opportunities to experience the brand. Audi Korea plans to expand its points of contact with customers through its dealer network and improve customer satisfaction.
The customer participation programs held this year were also part of these efforts. They included 'Audi Open House,' which allows customers to experience Audi vehicles and services firsthand; 'Audi Venture,' which combines Audi experiences with outdoor activities; and 'Audi Summer Tour,' which combines driving and lifestyle experiences. These programs are designed to expand opportunities for customers to experience the brand even after purchasing a vehicle.
Steve Clotie, president of Audi Korea, said, "Reaching 300,000 cumulative registrations in South Korea is a meaningful achievement made possible by the trust and support of the customers who have chosen Audi over the years. We will continue to enhance customer satisfaction and further strengthen long-term relationships built on trust through a variety of customer-focused programs and differentiated brand experiences."
