Cosmax Group to Conduct Second-Half 2026 Open Recruitment for Entry-Level Employees, Giving Preference to AI Users

[Financial News] Cosmax Group will conduct open recruitment for entry-level employees in the second half of 2026.
According to Cosmax Group on the 21st, the recruitment will involve major affiliates, including Cosmax BTI, the holding company, as well as Cosmax, COSMAX NBT, Cosmax Bio and Cosmax Pharma.
Available positions include research and innovation (R&I), marketing (sales), overseas sales, strategic marketing, design, and quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC). Applicants must be graduates of four-year universities or graduate programs, or be scheduled to graduate in February 2027. Applications can be submitted through the Cosmax Group recruitment website by the 30th.
The selection process will consist of document screening, an online artificial intelligence (AI) competency assessment, a practical interview, a final interview and a pre-employment medical examination. Successful candidates are scheduled to join the company in December.
Cosmax Group is continuing its recruitment policy, first introduced in the first half of the year, of giving preference to candidates with outstanding AI-utilization skills. It has added a separate section to the personal statement for applicants to describe experiences in which they used AI tools to develop their capabilities or improve work efficiency.
The group is also expanding its recruitment outreach. Job fairs and information sessions previously held mainly at major universities in Seoul are being extended to the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (BEXCO) to attract talented STEM researchers and outstanding regional talent.
