Lenovo Ranks 51st Among TIME's World's Best Companies

[Financial News] Lenovo has made TIME's list of the "World's Best Companies 2026" for the first time. Growth in its artificial intelligence (AI) server and infrastructure businesses was cited as a key factor.
Lenovo said on the 21st that it ranked 51st in the "World's Best Companies 2026" list jointly released by TIME and global market research firm Statista.
The evaluation was based on three criteria: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency. Lenovo received an overall score of 87.51 points and was rated "Very High" in the growth category.
TIME cited the expansion of Lenovo's AI server business and rising demand for AI infrastructure as key growth drivers. Lenovo posted annual revenue of $83.1 billion in fiscal 2025–2026 (FY2526), its highest ever.
During the same period, AI-related revenue doubled from the previous year and accounted for 33% of the group's total revenue. The company explained that its AI business has become a growth engine across Lenovo's major businesses, including servers and infrastructure.
Lenovo also received high marks for sustainability. In FY2526, it completed the first-generation long-term ESG key performance indicators (KPIs) that had served as benchmarks for its environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy over the past five years. In its recently published ESG report, the company unveiled new "2030 ESG KPI" targets.
TIME's "World's Best Companies" ranking is based on employee satisfaction, measured through a survey of more than 200,000 employees worldwide; revenue growth, based on corporate performance over the past three years; and sustainability transparency, assessed through a range of key performance indicators.
