Pulmuone Food & Culture Receives Best HRD Certification for Second Consecutive Time

[Financial News] Pulmuone Food & Culture has been recognized for the results of its systematic talent development activities.
According to Pulmuone Food & Culture on the 20th, the company received Best Human Resource Development (Best HRD) recertification at the '2026 Best Human Resource Development (Best HRD) Institution Certification Ceremony,' jointly hosted by four government ministries, including the Ministry of Education, and organized by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. This marks the second consecutive certification since its first certification in 2023.
With the recertification, Pulmuone Food & Culture will retain its outstanding institution certification for the next three years and receive preferential treatment when participating in government human resource development support programs.
The Best HRD certification is a government program that comprehensively evaluates talent development systems, including recruitment, education and training, career development, and performance management, to select outstanding institutions.
In line with the characteristics of its food service business, Pulmuone Food & Culture operates job training, practical sessions, and on-the-job training (OJT) in areas needed at worksites, including cooking and food and beverage services. About 3,600 people participated in 48 training courses annually.
The company is also expanding training to strengthen AX capabilities using artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies. Since introducing a basic course in 2023, it has offered related programs centered on 'Understanding Generative AI and Applying It to Work,' among others.
