[Financial News] KT's customer cultural festival, 'KT VOYAGE to Jarasum,' is being revamped as the 'KT Voyage Festival' to mark its 10th anniversary. The event will move from Jara Island to Bundang Central Park in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, with g.o.d, Heize, and Park Hye-won (stage name: HYNN) set to take the stage.
KT announced on the 20th that it will hold the '2026 KT Voyage Festival' at Bundang Central Park in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, on the 24th of next month.
The KT Voyage Festival is an event that KT has held since 2015 to provide cultural benefits to its customers. Approximately 300,000 KT customers have participated over the past 10 years.
To mark the festival's 10th anniversary, KT has changed its name, timing, and venue. The event will be renamed from 'KT VOYAGE to Jarasum' to 'KT Voyage Festival,' with plans to expand it into a festival that meets customers in various regions in the future. This year's lineup features artists from different generations, including g.o.d, Heize, and Park Hye-won. KT will invite a total of 9,000 customers.
The customer invitation process will also change from first-come, first-served ticket sales or applications to a lottery system. Applications will be accepted through the KT website and the My KT app from 10 a.m. on the 22nd through 11:59 p.m. on the 5th of next month. KT Membership customers, long-term customers, and Y customers aged 19 to 34 are eligible to participate.
Experience programs and events will be offered in addition to the performances. KT will operate a birthday celebration-themed booth for the Y brand, which is also marking its 10th anniversary alongside this year's Voyage Festival. It will also present 'Chodaedeurim,' an invitation benefit for long-term customers, along with content allowing visitors to experience KT products and services.
Dong-hoon Kim, executive vice president and head of KT's Public Relations Office, said, "We will continue to present a variety of programs so that we can reach our customers wherever they are and provide them with special cultural experiences and enjoyment."
