Gangseo District Chief Park Sang-jun: "We Reject Busan's Request for Consultation on Public Building Construction"

[Financial News] Park Sang-jun, head of Busan's Gangseo District Office, issued a press release on the Saenggok Incineration Plant construction project promoted by the Busan city government and said on the 18th, "Citing the protection of residents' right to life, we will not accept Busan's request for consultation on the construction of public buildings."
He added, "Without wavering in the face of any outside interference, I will exercise the authority entrusted to me solely for the 160,000 residents of Gangseo District," warning that he would pursue all administrative and legal measures.
He also reiterated his call for fair waste-distribution measures based on the principle that waste should be treated where it is generated, as well as the closure of the Myeongji Incineration Plant.
