Applications Open for 3,306 Units Nationwide Ahead of Chuseok... Seven Complexes in Gyeonggi Alone

[Financial News] A total of 3,306 units will be supplied across 10 complexes nationwide next week. With Chuseok approaching, application schedules are concentrated on the 22nd, and seven complexes in Gyeonggi will begin accepting applications.
According to real estate research firm RealToday on the 18th, applications for a total of 3,306 units will be accepted at 10 sites nationwide during the fourth week of September.
In the Seoul metropolitan area, first-priority applications will be accepted for The Sharp Bundang Heist in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi, which is being supplied through the remodeling of Neuti Village Complex 4 in Bundang-gu, with 143 units, as well as Hillstate Godeok Elist in Pyeongtaek-si, a public-sale complex involving private-sector participation, with 1,779 units.
POSCO E&C plans to offer The Sharp Bundang Heist in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi. Of the complex's 1,149 total units across 17 buildings ranging from four basement levels to 26 above-ground floors, 143 units with exclusive areas of 66 to 84 square meters will be offered for general sale.
Hyundai Engineering and Construction will offer Hillstate Godeok Elist in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi. Block A12 consists of nine buildings with 942 units, ranging from one basement level to 23 above-ground floors, while Block A65 comprises seven buildings with 837 units, ranging from two basement levels to 27 above-ground floors. Both blocks offer units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters.
Samhwan will accept applications for Hwaseo Station Lake Park Honorsville in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi. The complex consists of seven buildings ranging from four basement levels to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 476 units featuring exclusive areas of 57 to 99 square meters.
In other regions, applications will be accepted for Munsuro Vista The Park in Nam-gu, Ulsan, which has 700 units.
