[Financial News]  Hansung University provided students with information on environmental, social and governance (ESG) jobs and career paths in cooperation with the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, Harim and Harim Industry.
Hansung University ESG Center said on the 18th that it operated an ESG job information booth with the participation of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, Harim and Harim Industry at the “2026 Hansung University Job Fair: Sangsang-daero Festival,” held on campus at Sangsang Hall on the 17th. The event was organized by the Hansung University University Job Plus Center.
The Korea Transportation Safety Authority introduced its major operations, including transportation safety and vehicle inspections, and provided information on ESG management practices and related jobs at public institutions. Students learned how ESG is applied to public-sector work, as well as about recruitment and career opportunities.
Harim and Harim Industry introduced their major businesses and job functions. They also held a student participation event using products worth 9 million won, including “The Misik” Buckwheat Bibim Noodles, donated by the two companies, along with a program linked to their official social media accounts. A survey was also conducted among students interested in employment at the companies.
Cha Moon-kyung, head of the Hansung University Office of Glocal Cooperation, said, "This provided an opportunity to connect the ESG activities of public institutions and companies with students' career and employment paths, thereby deepening their understanding of actual job functions." Cha added, "We will expand cooperation with institutions and companies so that students can learn about jobs in the ESG field and explore their career options."
