Crayon Shin-chan and Ryan Meet... Kakao Friends Launches Collaboration Merchandise

[Financial News] Kakao Friends, operated by Kakao, announced on the 18th that it had launched merchandise themed around the popular anime 'Crayon Shin-chan' and 'Sweet Potato Field Commotion.'
Sweet Potato Field Commotion tells the story of Shin-chan and his friends visiting Farmer Ryan's farm to dig up sweet potatoes, Chunsik's favorite food.
The collaboration edition consists of 20 products. It features practical items for everyday use, including keychains, figures, pajamas and various stationery products. A full set of random figures is available exclusively at the Kakao Friends online store.
An online sharing event will also run through the 30th of this month. In the viral-style game mission, participants must help Shin-chan and Chunsik secretly dig up sweet potatoes while avoiding Farmer Ryan's watchful eyes. Users who successfully complete the mission can download a specially produced limited-edition mobile wallpaper featuring 'Crayon Shin-chan X Kakao Friends.' Everyone can participate once initially without any conditions. By sharing the event with friends, participants can join up to five additional times per day during the event period.
