Fujifilm Korea's 'Studio Sang' Differentiates Portrait Photography with Black-and-White Profiles

[Financial News] Studio Sang, a profile photography studio operated by Fujifilm Korea, is expanding its portrait photography services by introducing black-and-white profile sessions.
Fujifilm Korea said on the 18th that Studio Sang is offering its black-and-white profile service, 'Monochrome Classic.'
Studio Sang is a profile photography studio opened by Fujifilm Korea at The Grand Lotte Seoul in 2024. Its professional photographers design the lighting, composition and shooting direction according to each customer's purpose and characteristics. They handle the entire process, from photography and retouching to image management.
Because the studio is located inside a hotel, it can minimize external exposure while separately managing the images and personal information from each session. Around 50 profile sessions are currently held each month, as executives and heads of major domestic corporations, government ministries, and public and financial institutions continue to use the service.
Monochrome Classic is distinguished by its approach of designing the direction and intensity of the lighting specifically for black-and-white photography from the shooting stage, rather than simply converting color images to black and white.
The studio provides framed upper-body portraits, and customers can also preserve the results on Instax black-and-white film. In partnership with The Grand Lotte Seoul, it also offers family portrait and profile photography programs for hotel guests.
A Fujifilm Korea official said, "Profile photos for important occasions require consideration of convenience, security and the quality of the final product." The official added, "We will provide a distinctive photography experience based on our professional photographers and the private setting inside the hotel."
