Stellantis to Unveil Nine Concept Cars at Mondial Paris Motor Show, Present Multi-Energy Strategy

[Financial News] Stellantis will unveil nine concept cars and more than 60 vehicles at the Mondial Paris Motor Show next month, along with its new-vehicle and technology strategies. Featuring eight brands, including Peugeot and Fiat, it will present a lineup ranging from urban compact cars to vehicles designed for long-distance travel. The company plans to accelerate development and expand customer choices through a multi-energy platform that combines electrification, software and artificial intelligence (AI).
■ Peugeot, Fiat and Six Other Brands to Unveil New Models
Stellantis said on the 18th that it will participate in the 2026 Mondial Paris Motor Show, which will be held from October 12 to 18 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France. The company's booth in Hall 4 will cover 5,340 square meters, making it the largest among exhibitors at the motor show.
Peugeot will unveil a new concept car and its latest high-performance production models. It will also display the Polygon concept, equipped with the next-generation Hypersquare steering system. Through the 9X8 hypercar, which is competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), and the new Peugeot E-208 GTi, the brand will showcase both motorsports technology and its high-performance lineup.
DS Automobiles will make the international motor show debut of the DS N°7, which is offered in hybrid and fully electric versions. Stellantis says its pure-electric models offer a maximum range of 740 km on a single charge.
Fiat will introduce the family SUVs Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback, emphasizing affordability and practicality. Leapmotor, which has established a joint venture with Stellantis, will make the European debut of the B-segment Leapmotor B03 compact EV and the flagship Leapmotor D19 SUV.
Lancia will announce its return to the C-segment crossover market with the new Lancia Gamma. Opel is set to world-premiere the final design of the Opel GSE 27FE Formula E race car, the new Opel Corsa GSE and a new concept car.
Alfa Romeo will display its full lineup, including the Junior, Alfa Romeo Tonale, Alfa Romeo Giulia, Alfa Romeo Stelvio and Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale. The classic Spider Duetto, which marks the 60th anniversary of its launch, will also be brought from Museo Alfa Romeo for display. Citroën will unveil a newly configured lineup and a project inspired by the brand's iconic historic models.
■ 'STLA One' to Accelerate New-Vehicle Development
Through the nine concept cars being unveiled at the event, Stellantis will present design and technology directions that will carry over into future products. Its multi-energy strategy, which uses various power sources, and the new modular platform STLA One are at the core of the plan.
By combining electrification, software and AI, Stellantis plans to accelerate new-vehicle development while supplying vehicles tailored to individual customer needs. The company is focused on building a product lineup that addresses diverse demands, from short-distance travel in cities to long-distance driving.
Senior executives will also explain the company's business strategy at the event. Antonio Filosa, Stellantis' CEO, and Emanuele Cappellano, its COO for Europe, will attend the official press conferences for each brand and present the company's global market strategy and future vision.
Ned Curic, Stellantis' chief engineering and technology officer, will introduce the latest technologies to be applied across the company's entire lineup. Ralph Gilles, its chief design officer, and Gilles Vidal, its European design chief, are scheduled to present design strategies reflecting the individuality and identity of each brand.
