[Financial News] TRINITY AIR WAYS is overhauling its digital customer touchpoints by launching a website and mobile application featuring its new brand identity (BI).
TRINITY AIR WAYS announced on the 18th that it had revamped its website and mobile app to reflect its new BI and brand guidelines.
TRINITY AIR WAYS began operating under its new brand on the domestic Daegu–Jeju Province route and the international Incheon–Narita route on the 10th. In line with the change, it also completed the brand transition across key customer touchpoints, including its website, mobile app, and airport counters.
The website overhaul focused on reflecting the new brand identity throughout the digital environment while retaining the existing menu structure and key functions. Major user interface (UI) elements, including colors, fonts, images, and graphic motifs, were updated to align with the new BI, and the overall website design was unified.
Visual elements and content presentation were also redesigned to convey online the brand value promoted by SONO TRINITY GROUP's TRINITY AIR WAYS: being a comfortable and trustworthy airline.
The airline also built an independent brand microsite introducing its new brand values and vision. The microsite uses visual and interactive content to present TRINITY AIR WAYS' brand story, core values, future direction for air services, and brand identity.
TRINITY AIR WAYS plans to accelerate its brand transition by introducing more aircraft and expanding its routes. The airline intends to continue taking delivery of the next-generation midsize-to-large Airbus A330-900neo and B737-8 aircraft within the year while strengthening its competitiveness on medium- and long-haul routes.
A TRINITY AIR WAYS official said, "As part of our new beginning, we have incorporated our new brand identity into the digital touchpoints that customers use most frequently. We will continue to strengthen the brand experience so that TRINITY AIR WAYS' unique brand values are naturally conveyed across a variety of customer touchpoints."
