[Financial News] i-Scream Edu unveiled the 'Science OFF' series of short-form video content using artificial intelligence (AI) technology on the 18th. The series is being released simultaneously through its smart-learning platform, i-Scream Home-Learn, and the official i-Scream Home-Learn YouTube channel as the company targets Generation Alpha learners.
The series' defining feature is the application of AI technology throughout the entire process, from planning to video production. As the education industry accelerates the adoption of AI to improve both production efficiency and safety, all the videos in this series were also created using AI technology. To ensure that parents can show the content to their children with confidence, the series strictly excludes violence, profanity and provocative conflicts between characters, strengthening its credibility as educational content.
The content also breaks away from the conventional framework of rote learning. 'Science OFF' depicts absurd and comical situations that unfold in everyday life when core science concepts from school textbooks—such as evaporation, Earth's rotation and friction—disappear from the world, or go 'OFF.' Each episode delivers these scenarios at a fast pace in about one minute. Rather than having children memorize definitions first, the series poses the counterintuitive question, 'What inconvenience and confusion would arise if this concept did not exist?' This approach encourages them to naturally grasp the importance of scientific principles by experiencing their absence.
