[Financial News] Hana Bank has opened Hana The Next Daejeon Lounge in Daejeon Metropolitan City to provide financial and nonfinancial services covering customers’ overall retirement needs. The bank plans to support customers in retirement through wealth management services, including inheritance and gifting, as well as Lifetime Income Planning consultations.
Hana Bank announced on the 18th that it had opened Hana The Next Daejeon Lounge, a senior-focused channel tailored to the needs of older adults, in Daejeon Metropolitan City on the 17th. The lounge provides a retirement planning system and one-stop services from pension experts.
Hana The Next Daejeon Lounge, the first Hana The Next lounge launched in the Chungcheong region, offers specialized financial solutions—including retirement planning, inheritance and gifting, trusts in lieu of wills, and investment strategies—tailored to the area’s characteristics, including the Daedeok R&D Special Zone and Government Complex Daejeon. It also operates nonfinancial life-care programs covering health management, culture and leisure, housing, and other aspects of retirement life.
The lounge also provides ongoing Lifetime Income Planning consultations that comprehensively review the four pillars of retirement income: the National Pension, occupational pension, personal pension, and reverse mortgage pension. Hana Bank plans to hold seminars regularly to help customers establish stable retirement cash flows. It will also introduce senior-focused services unique to Hana Bank, including a dementia-support financial center and the Dementia Care Academy.
Meanwhile, Hana Bank has noted that senior customers’ interests are rapidly expanding beyond simple asset management to inheritance and gifting, trusts, pensions, and even health and housing. After opening Hana The Next Lounges in Seoul (four), Daegu (one), and Daejeon (one), the bank plans to expand and operate them sequentially in major areas including Juyeop, Bupyeong-daero, Gwangju, Yatap, and Seomyeon within this year.
